To achieve the goals of both developers and investors, Tariq oversees the design and implementation of the HBR business strategy.
Tariq is currently Senior Vice President for Projects and Business Development at Senaat General Holding Corporation, which manages industrial assets for the UAE government. He is also a board member of Arkan Building Materials Company and the world-class Taweelah Aluminium Extrusion Company LLC (or Talex).
A champion of the sustainable use of natural resources, Tariq is a qualified petroleum engineer and drilling expert who has contributed substantially to the chemical, petrochemical, and metallurgical industries of the UAE. He obtained his BSc in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Tulsa, and his MBA from the Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management, both in the United States.
